The Supreme Court allowed.

The Supreme Court has ruled that Cities, Townships, and States can use imminent domain to take away your home or business for economic development! They said you can lose your home and business. How is this part of the American Dream? But, Congressional Republicans are trying to get a law passed that would block this from happening to us and would penalize any entity that does this to a home owner or business and I support this bill.

We should not be left unprotected. I must ask as a long time Democrat why aren't Democrats in Congress jumping in and backing the Republicans on this one? I must ask do they not care about our homes and businesses? I, as a Democrat, am very disappointed with them on this issue. I still may leave them and join a new party. Maybe the Greens or the Libertarians.

I have left the party three time in my voting history and this time I may leave for good!
